The retrofit service offered by HIP-MITSU allows the end user and the o.e.m. to transfer to its own production well-tested solutions by means of a team of specialists and to reduce times and costs for the system integration.

Survey of the existing line
HIP-MITSU puts at the customer’s disposal worldwide a network of skilled professionals for the line survey, in order to ensure a perfect installation in definite times, thus reducing at the minimum line standstill during the installation.

Mechanical integration: customized design
HIP-MITSU designs the line mechanical integration serving an easy and quick installation: stands can be basic or complete with rolls and motors, case by case, according to the specific requirements related to the materials used during the production process.
All devices and electrical controls in order to perform the web-coating/laminating as well as the auxiliary operations are installed on board.

Electric and pneumatic integration
Quick release plugs are standard equipped with an interface to the main line’s emergency device as well as with the inputs of the speed signals.
Electrical and pneumatic feedings are completely autonomous with independent input.

Integration with the line PLC and corporate EDP
Should the customer wish to integrate the stands (and obviously all related HIP-MITSU systems) plus having a connection with the line server or with the EDP corporate network, they can be equipped with HIP-MITSU control systems, which are located on an open platform, already integrated with data exchange protocols and designed for communicating with all protocols in force.
