Continuous feeding melter for Hot Melt Adhesives, PUR too, model EB
HIP-MITSU continuous melting units, model EB for refilling of hot melt adhesives, also reactive PUR, can be easily integrated both on new and existing lines thanks to the high compatibility level.
They allow the introduction of PUR processing on an existing plant already equipped for hot melt adhesives.
Easy to be used; the installation on the main machine is particularly quick and simple because of the integrated and standard design.

ADVANTAGES AND TECHNICAL FEATURES
Easy replaceable cartridge resistances: easy replaceable cartridge resistances, both for tanks and grids. Replacement of the entire heated block is thus avoided. Melt rate increase with additional grids after first installation: it can be performed also after first installation because the motherboard has standard prearrangement for the additional temperature channels. Injection device for inert gas: HIP-MITSU continuous output melting units are supplied with injection device for inert gas, useful while using adhesives to be processed only by means of anhydrous cap. Standard quick release connection for an easy installation and cleaning: mechanical and electrical quick release connection to facilitate installation, cleaning and maintenance operations, thus reducing dead time. Easy access to all machine components.
